For those of you at an age where you are either still considering what career choice to make or are in the process of changing careers. Here are a few suggestions in terms of careers that are pretty much guaranteed to be big markets with a growing demand for more in the work force. I figure in this time when thousands upon thousand of people are loosing jobs or just barely hanging on to the jobs they have that there are a lot of people looking for something with a brighter future.
Let’s start with one of the more obvious job fields and that is in the health care field. Record numbers of baby boomers are entering their senior years and they are all looking for ways to fight off any health issues. With that said the need for people with a little more skill than a personal trainer is becoming a high priority. Enter the career choice of a wellness coach, the wellness coach job market is on the rise and the demand for more people with these types of skills are only going to grow in their demand as the population get older. You can be certain that as medicines advance along with fitness technologies there will be a growing need for wellness coaches to provide the right path to staying healthy.
Another career choice that will be hard to fault over the next few years and beyond will be anything and everything involving for the environment. Green technologies are ready to explode thanks to insanely high gas prices of this past year. Populations and governments for countries around the globe are totally on board with the idea of going green in every way conceivable. Something that was only a dream for many just a few short years ago. With all the tax breaks that are being given to green technologies the demand for specialist is there for the taking. For example something as simple as learning to install solar panels, the technology for solar panels is not only advancing quickly it is also getting more affordable. More affordable also means of course a bigger demand for people that can do the installing.
I only mentioned two career paths that are certain to have exploding growth in the next few years. Imagine all the possibilities just on those two fields alone? I realize that these are terribly hard times for so many thousands of people right now but with great challenges come incredible rewards if you are just willing to work your way through the hard times.
